It's not Obduro that would be the real interest here. It would be whoever has a big enough vested interest in AMLH that would take the time to set up that website - American Tech Report - and do a pump piece on AMLH.

Often the third party names are bogus anyway - especially when you are dealing with offshore accounts.

The original source of article and how it started may also give some clues.

They were a bit sloppy in the disclaimer as it appears the first version mentions STOCKEXPERT and the quickly changed to say American Tech Report.
