Two important disputes put to rest today through FINRA responses posted by members.

1) company can request for effective date of symbol change and
2) Fins are not required to be submitted to FINRA for ticker change.

PPS moving as predicted before the conference and above two confirmations make it more sweet for us to expect ticker change right before or after the conference.
