I'll be really interested in investigating the company PIOE acquires.
They're going to have to have a history of profitability. That profitability will be almost certainly likely to increase if they're now eligible for tax relief in double or triple digits. That means they're very likely worth more than their last profit and loss statement shows, after being acquired.
