First he said that ISBG would "add the Tiger Reef(R) brand of ultra premium rums to our growing portfolio of top-shelf spirits" (it really should have been "spirit", singular, like the company name, because the company only has one spirit in its portfolio), clearly indicating that they would own Tiger Reef's rum in the same sense that they own Besado. There can be no other interpretation.
Then he says "Under no circumstances will TGRR have any rights to ISBG's product line and vice versa."
That's not a clarification, it's a change.
Unless, of course, he's saying:
ISBG will have no rights to TGRR's rum lines in the same way that ISBG has no rights to Besado.
I was given that information....I don't know.
