Lots of scenarios, but someone is buying in anticipation. With so few shares outstanding, MM's won't be able to hold back determined buying, unless they naked short, which they are capable of doing, but I think it is they who will profit from the coming run. This ran from trips to .077 in 2009 and did the same thing a few years prior to that. They like this one for some reason. Then there is the possibility that they have an actual product that someone might want the patent on. Whatever...I like the action.
