Personally...due to the presence of ONCO now ECGR on the ENTI board. I have to consider 34.068 Million ENTI:US shares and about 1.5-2 million SREH now ABVG divvy's. Grabbed this shell.

4.4 Million / 34 million = .129. If you merge 16 million in Divvy's and 5.6 Million here. PPS should reflect a price of .65 at the least.

Though my little bird suggest only $2 will get you what you want..
