This letter is nothing but more scamming of ignorant bagholders into paying the electric bill for another couple of months.

The Interior Secretary can only recommend these National Monuments be undone. He or Trump CAN NOT open them up to mining via a rule or regulation. It must be done via legislation and that would require 60 votes in the Senate. AND THERE IS NO WAY IN HELL ENOUGH DEMOCRATS WOULD VOTE YES for anything to pass. So that means there is no way in hell Bricoe's Silver Bell claims could come into play till well, well after the 2018 elections.
