PPS is irrelevant at this juncture we await for Roche's plan. Doubt he has RVUE as a shell just to display as a trophy for his office, or to share with his buds on NYSE.
If this was over trading would stop. If this was over he would have dumped shell. If this was over why state concerns about shareholder value?
Roche is methodical and wise, he doesn't accept failure he creates opportunities!
