You realise that this is very good news. They are not selling the patent in the USA. They made a decision that international expansion into the petri plate market was not economic and want to sell that packaging to someone already in that market. The money potential for the patent must be high if they're targeting it for financing expansion of North American facilities for petri plate production and to develop more N-Assay kits plus other biotechnology.

Didn't you say the patent wasn't worth anything?
