Cel-Sci could have been a VICTIM of a hostile takeover.
The cost? LESS than $8 M.

SUPPOSE there was/IS a positive arb award , that was MORE than $8 M??
AND Cel-Sci no longer existed , where would that award money go ?

In the past, De Clara loaned the company money ($1.51M??? ), that loan was secured by a "LIEN ON ASSETS".
That LIEN was a poison pill , making a takeover more difficult.

NOW , there is another poison pill in place PLUS the "A" & "B" coupons.
