Quite correct!

All the "gurus" we confer with have good info and say same-same. BAC is flush with cash, solid fundamentals, anticipating a minimum of a tweaking of Dodd-Frank ongoing now, much more soon, maybe total repeal,.... what's not to like. We want to see a rapid spike to send BAC PPS out of the channel it is now(stuck) in.It would take a incredible amount of manipulative short/selling pressure to contain if that is the case. We should see a new support/resistance level after the 28th.
