You mean accomplish one of the many step YOU say there is....

What steps are you referring? Do you have a detailed project plan or Gantt chart that we can refer to and agree on? Who are you to decide that they have hit or not hit a step???

Better yet how do you know that they haven't gotten steps completed??? Are you or is anyone that upset that they are not providing detail performance reports to you on a daily basis?? Are you correlating price movement with Execution? Yikessss!!!

So in the end you have no idea what steps need to be completed you have no idea how much of any steps they have complete and because you are out of the loop - which you should be - you feel the need to lash out and complain
