Yes. It doesn't seem very likely that we have 2 institutional sellers in Norway and all this time Icentive AS hasn't filed anything.

Someone is shorting the stock on Merkur. Then buy it back cheaper on OTC. It's what market makers or traders do for a living, follow the trend. They don't know any better.
