Insiders?RR?Pacchini et. al.?

Pacchini and others have about 20M to sell, I think.

We know roughly how many RR has.

They couldn't sell until after the conclusion of the auction.The point at which you would call the company "dead". Anything prior would be insider trading.

If they were really "dumping" , at this rate, it would take them 6 months to close out their positions.

Any cumulative "dumping",post-auction, would have us in the sub-trips very quickly.

I don't see evidence of "dumping" at all.
