Looking back at that, I see those purchases were made in march and filed in may. Which means they were filed after the first quarter. We ae in the second quarter. So that means the middle of July start of August, when rev. start coming in and master plan is published. We can see more forms showing other institutions as well as this one have been purchasing more shares over the last few months. PGUS
