Over about the past year they have raised the float from 15 million to over 200 million. The only way to lower the float would be a share buy back (incredibly unlikely as they have few assets and debt) or a reverse split. Therefore the only logical possibility would be a revers split, but you would then have an equally small number of shares, thus not helping the situation.

The company needs to focus on selling product and to STOP diluting to the heavy extent we have seen. (Or at least have financials that show where this dilution money is going). Maybe then we will see a meaningful and sustained rise in share price.
