Goodword88: my commentary was not meant as "negativity," but a fiduciary / disclosure warning!
In my view, the commentary was not consistent.
We have not been told whether the capital needs are short-term or long-term - if they even know. Most companies do not support short-term working capital needs with "equity" placements. If they are indeed doing a PP, that suggests that the need is long-term, which is not consistent with the representation that operations may be funded with sales in the near term.
This management has not, under the guise of upcoming reporting, disclosed any financial information which it does not have to disclose - no pro-forma guidance, no indication of a "financial" business plan having been published or noted in CC or private conversations.
If they are doing a PP, they have to be disclosing some financial information to the investor(s). Why is that information not being shared with all?
I just hope that we are not being "marketed" to death with all of the information, with no ability to perform and/or an inability to value any monetization potential. Candidly, I do not have any confidence that this management team has any idea of what the "farm" is, much less how to value it - thus, my concern that they may well be giving the "farm" away with the capital raising efforts.
