There is no insiders selling. No 144's have been filled, no legal opinion letters requested. They sold some stock in Dec of 2016 none since ... Though I think one employee was asking for restricted stock in lieu of $3000 salary. Not sure how that did or did not happen.

There is no BK coming, no liquidity crisis and no threat of any cash crunch in the foreseeable future.

Actually some news of late about new clients, new revenue, and still full amortization of the costs of mobile platform and app development are built in the operational cash flow.
