Recreational will most likely never be given the green light federally, or not for a while. Some medical facilities are not abiding by the law and ARE serving recreational users. Yes, AG should crackdown on those facilities, whether the facility is medical or not, they shouldn't be outside the law so much they're serving recreational users. This is happening!
Quit taking the man so literally and take him seriously, with common sense. Don't invest in a recreational focused business! While both med and Rec would greatly benefit SGBY, I don't see the administration coming out and saying "Hey let's all get stoned, recreational for everyone !"
I do however see medicinal marching on and there is plenty testing to go around. Hopefully SGBY can get in where they fit in!
