Quit watching it every minute. After their accountants clear all the numbers it will go to a SEC approved accountant to be signed off on. Then it can be filed.

When the filing comes out this will open up at the highs a few weeks back... You are in it or you chase it, as for several days the PPS will migrate higher.

Validating these numbers with approved filings this should get to .05 very soon. After that I feel strong a PR/IR promo puts this 5-10X higher than that.
I don't chase. I study, buy, and wait. When the filings hit, you will chase it or just watch. DD here equals $$.
