Because Cacique is merging into the Genesis Electronics shell. Notice the filing you linked says "No stock records found for this company"? That's because Cacique was never a publicly traded company. With the merger they will become public but temporarily be named Genesis Electronics until the name is changed to Cacique. So the private company Cacique Mining had to be dissolved to allow for the merger.
