New to the board, thinking of buying in but I was wondering why the share price is so low considering that this company supposedly has 20 to 50 million dollars in revenue, and it seems like the merger is almost complete. It would appear to me that the new company has diluted the stock and investors lost interest. Is there anything that I am missing here? Does anyone know the current share structure? I am assuming it's 2 billion outstanding.
