It gets better! Why did JZMY even choose to reverse merger into a USA Penny Stock? You really have to ask yourself this! They didn't have to there are many millionaires and billionaires in China already with plenty of funding it was not needed or necessary at all except for one reason:

Recently when Gov Jerry Brown went to tour China he said he was looking for Chinese Car & Battery Companies that can: move money into CA and invest in CA and make EV cars and buses in CA for CA. Having a USA Penny Stock allows them to do that way ahead of the game! It means JZMY wants to produce and open factories in CA and USA. I'm sure Gov Jerry Brown met with and will work with DOLV JZMY that's obvious too only other Chinese EV car maker is BYD on penny stocks but they don't make batteries as good as DOLV JZMY and their buses are $1 Million Gov Jerry Brown was looking for a Chinese Company that can make EV Buses at $500,000. I'm sure he will announce DOLV JZMY partnership anyday now BYD already has penny stock now JZMY see the connection?

Lastly anyone in investment or finance world KNOWS hardest thing to do is move money from China to USA there are gov regulations and rules that makes it hard. Especially f you are trying to move millions or billions but having a USA Penny Stock solved that problem instantly. Again they want to be in CA and USA just like BYD but bigger better. If Warren buffet backed BYD EV cars then surely someone as big will back JZMY in USA too after symbol change.

Just too many obvious things here folks no doubt we going to dollars $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$
