You make some wrong statements. The fisheries companies are not listed on Merkur. This stock exchange can be compared to more or less the worst otc-listing (other OTC). These are ccompanies that do not quality for listing on the Oslo Stock Exchange. The idea was to get the aquaculture subsidiary listed on the Oslo Stock Exchange, which appears to be the biggest stock exhange in the world for fisheries companies.

Thus the Merkur stock exchange is not associated with quality companies but the opposite I think.
