You are correct. It was also noted in the last 2016 10k. I believe they filed this latest filing to advise share holders of the reduced shares the former cfo receives for resigning and also to remind us that the CEO has every possible reason to do his best to make the company a success bc his shares can't be sold for 2 years.....
