About OCRI owning 35% of BWDT, I believe that report is dated before the number of shares was increased from 200M to 500M and before the 1 for 50 reverse split. That means they might own 2/5 of 1/50 of 35% (= about .25 of one percent). It is also likely that Ocean Resources has disposed of shares for loss. It's not easy to get up to date info since blue has been pink. We should see more info and action when BWDT is restored to OTCBB status. It certainly appears that someone knows something, but nobody's talking, except with purchase orders.
