The leveling off of the PPS today was expected with what has been going on with the DCTH PPS the last week or so.

Ask yourself why would DCTH want to do a reverse split. Because they want the PPS to go to a certain price for their goal. What would be a goal for DCTH? I would say $1 because that is the minimum PPS for the Nasdaq.
