I get this 100% laser focus because I've been in this situation myself arguing with some landlords bs.

A: Who cares what Oshana did?

B: When you are attempting to negotiate to get out of a lease,
you take the necessary steps to get out of the lease and part of the recourse from the landlord is to threaten bs charges and you threated to counter sue and you see who blinks first.

C: And that is EXACTLY WHAT HAPPENED HERE!!!
