The SEC filings say otherwise.

And TALK has not filed any 8-K or other documents with the SEC that contradict their multiple filings which state the UMS acquisition was completed AND UMS was a wholly-owned subsidiary of iTalk.

And that includes filings that were certified correct by iTalk management. So if they lied it would be a felony.

Perhaps that is why TALK stopped filing with the SEC and management abandoned the Company?
