Previous press release conveyed notice of potential delisting. Reverse took care of it. TeamT shared his reply regarding, as delivered via reply email by CEO (that's something).

What has been conveyed is they are fairly bare bones executive mngt at the moment. Two retired, one resigned. One doubling-up as interim CFO. Partially new board too.

Along with any weak market conditons sellers can garner advantage of BAA at lower prices.

Good to strong news needed from Banro.

Q2 earnings not likely to be positive. Q2 production as better we don't know.
