Mgmt duty is to sell to the highest bidder and we profit from that. That said I want the tech in the hands of the company best suited to get SiNi fully to market across the world. Stryker is in a stronger position to do that.

If Stryker throws in a bid and drives Zimmer up that will weaken Zimmer further which again hurts their ability to fully market SiNi. if Zimmer pays more than it could afford Stryker could still win this battle and reduce Zimmers ability rollout SiNi. That would be a detriment to all those that need future ortho implants.
