correct. the objective is to provide enough liquidity so the major holders can cash out - screw the little guys.

Bugs Bunny Hayes could sell at .01 and walk away with a fortune - set for life.

all he is doing is keeping this alive long enough to orchestrate a liquidity event for himself and the shares managed by PWC
