That is why I see FORWARD SPLIT if anything...

With less than 800M shares a conglomerate like Jinbo could easily justify a 4 or 5 to 1 forward stock split once they trade for $$ on Nasdaq. If anything the shares will be needed for liquidity if PPS blows up like we think it might.
