Maybe we don't know what future holds but the trading history feels like everyone is in and the stock is leveling off at 0.6 indicating people are all on the train now. and it's not being sold down to 0.4 range again. It shows people are buying and holding. If this turns positive shares are going to become more expensive and harder to get cheap.

As to the SEC filing I believe they filed with SEC on the merger but withheld the details from the public until share holders meeting. The executive last day was July 7 just before the meeting. I forget the details but i thought it was a requirement they need to release the merger detail 4 days prior to the actual vote. So my guess is we see news on the 8th of July or close proximity.
