Good risk/reward at these levels for lotto play due to
A) HAON is still a going concern business (no termination of securities has been filed), thus the audit and acquisitions are still on
B) Even if termination of securities happens HAON's shell will most likely become more valuable with the new company Reverse Merger into the shell
C)dilution/settlement shares hitting the market is over

Overall, I think it's best to load a couple thousand dollars worth here and wait patiently for maybe the summer!
