Did you notice Jdango's left hand, how he's playing? We learned during the talk that he was seriously burned in a wagon fire and lost the use of his fourth and fifth fingers. He created that great music by sliding his hand up and down and around the neck with his remaining fingers.

During the Nazi occupation of France in WWII the gypsy Reinhardt was saved by a secretly music-loving German officer.
