See this is what's got me hesitant to spend even a cent above .54. OWCP has no promise, no good financials, nothing going its way right now. It is on life support and all hope is on the cream. If you buy OWCP and go long, you are going all in on the pending/impending cream.

Think about the scenario in which there is no cream. Think about every scenario that results in no cream. How does it feel?
