IMO, if they haven't announced a PP by now, it's because Dr. H was unable to get anyone to participate.

May 22nd - the S-3 for $25M mixed securities shelf offering was announced
May 24th - Dr. Hayward is scheduled to present at 3:30pm PT and will host one-on-one meetings to potential investors.
June 6th - Dr. Hayward is scheduled to present at 10:30am PT and will host one-on-one meetings to potential investors.

That's why I strongly suggest that they start taking shares in lieu of their salaries. They'll need to preserve what little capital they have until the company shows a profit.

That's what I'd do if I was running the company. (Just common sense, really.)
