I don't think it's intention. I think it's due to things like poor planning, inflated ego (MC), and failures on many levels. I think MC would love to be the king but doesn't know how to make money. His years in the National Labs trained him to spend money and request more when it runs out, with no reason for something like profitability. The Colas are making good money on these "refinance" deals (they keep getting nice raises) and I see it going on until this thing shrivels up and dies.

I think Sigma Labs intents to keep the share price as low as possible for what ever reason...
