After glancing thru the S-3 it doesn't bode well to me. It looks as if management is preparing us for BANKRUPTCY. As a senior long this dissapoints me tremendously. I have held since before most of you and have always wished this stock well but it isn't looking good at this point in time. Call me a basher if you want to at this point I don't care. I have been voting against the BOD for several years and it is still apparent that they do NOT know what to do with this product. The small things that they have done are just that SMALL and it is about to bite them in the butt because they do not have the money to pay up all they have promised at the end of this year. Almost everything I read in that S-3 are a negative. I have yet to see anything positive. If anyone has see SOMETHING positive please reply to me and tell me where it is. I do so much appreciate all of the good DD that people have done on this board and I wish all well and thank them. Looks like time to take my loss and run..........
