Lol, ridiculous! Somebody is purposely trying to hold this thing down, every time there is a hit on that stupid .003 roadblock we get another 10,000 sell back down to .0028 and considering there is a bid of 600,000 on .0028 that means they are purposely selling these tiny quantities just to hold it otherwise they would just fill the bid. Doesn't make any sense, who pay's 5-10 bucks a trade just to sell off 10,000 shares for $28 unless they have an agenda, or maybe they are purposely holding it low until the sharks arrive so they can all pile in low by creating this illusion of mass selling.
