First, some information that is new and i don't know if all is aware, but GA has taken down their site. This site was taken down over the weekend and still is not back up. If this was temporary, i would think someone would have quickly gotten it back up by now:

Regarding the AISS JV...it's been said many times, but is worth stating again imo:

According to Dr. Mensah himself, there is no longer any AISS deal. We know the last time we all heard Mensah as a group was on paltalk. As a group, we heard him repeatedly state there is no more AISS deal. Now after that, there were individuals that claimed to thave spoken to him and provided the same account while others provided a different account. But i believe the best account is the original and the one heard by numerous folks at the same time. When several people are in the same room and hears the same thing, it holds more water imo....and in that interview, Mensah could not be coerced into admitting he will continue his relationship with CSHD.

On top of that, you have statements attributed to both Ben and Rufus stating Mensah does not know what he is talking about, he doesn't understand business and that there are "other opportunities" for CSHD besides AISS. I find it strange that the CEOs would be attacking the CEO of their flagship JV partner like this and talking about other opportunities if things were still good. When asked about this, Rufus completely dodged the question on whether there is a relationship still. Given all the confusion, any logical person would have come right out and stated clearly what is going on with AISS. The fact that Rufus did not do that, speaks volume to me.

Lastly, as noted above, GA has taken their website down. I wonder if they went to such drastic lengths to distance themselves from CSHD..
