Serious questions for the PLUG board.

If PLUG management truly believes it will be doing 500 million a year starting in 2 1/2 short years, and being profitable this year, why are they planning to sell stock at $1.18 and $1.50 to raise 200 million dollars?

Wouldn't it be more beneficial to the company and it's shareholders for them to wait 6 months with a profitable year behind them when the share price should be considerably higher to announce and start selling shares?
