It is the prerogative of the investor to believe the company and what IT says or not to believe. I am not a fundamental investor so I do not care what the company says. But in some cases, a TA must evaluate and compare (which is the basis of TA) some fundamental aspects of a company to others that have come in the past. In my opinion, Tautachrome is the most dependable most reliable source of information on the company itself. I suggest that your statements include information that only an insider would have.

Lets take the first part of your statement. You claim there is no assets or product...

"Well having virtually no assets, no product to speak of"

Your statement is diametrically opposed to the statement of the company. The company states that they have the "main" patent for Klickzie and that they have filed for three other supporting patents AND they have skilled and knowledgeable people working pro bono on bringing Klickzie to market. To me this is not only an asset but also it is product. The reason I interpret this way is not only has the company made such proclamations but also there has been a lawsuit filed trying to get MILLIONS from the company, albeit illegally which we will discuss. Why would someone think TTCM is worthless yet go through the machinations to try to get millions from a company with no assets? Further, why would people dedicate their lives to something like Klickzie if they did not expect profit? Third and somewhat suspiciously, why would another company copy the patent, make a few changes and invest the time and money into stealing the idea?

You see, the argument that TTCM has nothing does not stand. AT ALL. Lets see what else you say...

"pending devastating litigation against the company"

It is getting out that the entire "Lawsuit" document is available and has been studied by experts. I know personally of a very astute person studying this who is a share holder but has NO INSIDE INFORMATION on the company. I am waiting to hear back. Actually within the first ten pages, if I read it right, the entire lawsuit has been a fraud "ON THE COURT" and the court will have to make the decision to allow fraud or totally dismiss the case. Anyone can use their own judgment on how this will turn out. I stand with the company and the law not a public opinion unless that person has some inside information that is not available to the public. If you have such information that the lawsuit is "devastating" I would love to see the proof. I am POSITIVE that the most current documents from the court will be openly discussed here on this board very soon if not this week.

"TTCM is winning the race? That's laughable OUT OF THE BALL PARK"

I have no idea what you are trying to say. If you are saying there is no race for a Klickzie type of software then you are the clueless one and if you are saying that TTCM is not in the lead they why are others trying to copy their patent and if it is laughable then I am afraid that you are not informed at all on the momentum of this technology. Any way I read your statement you are in "failure" of making a legitimate point.

This statement is as fraudulent as the so called lawsuit. Please tell me ON SINGLE PAYING customer that Truepic has on any of its books. I PROMISE YOU there are NONE! NONE! Truepic has NO PRODUCT WORTH SELLING and NO SALES and I do not know this part for a fact but I seriously doubt ANYONE has downloaded their app. ON the other hand, I believe in the company. Here is a QUOTE FROM TTCM:

"In addition to F50-1 we have identified four additional large companies for KlickZie implementation. Some of these companies are Fortune 50, some are not."

If you chose not to believe in the company and rather believe in some arbitrary statement of an arbitrary person with completely unfounded resources that claim diametrically opposed information to the company claims then that again is your choice. I chose to believe in the company seeing as the COMPANY is the one doing the work.

I am going to make the following point. You claim:

I have FIRST HAND experience in this. I have done it. I opened my stores ( not phones but flooring) right next to the big ones in order to get any run off that they had. While they were doing millions I was doing thousands in business. I have no idea what you claim is not true about it.

So there you have it except we are mission one point left for me to make. SMART MONEY knows what is going on with TTCM. The CONTINUATION BULLISH INVERSE HEAD AND SHOULDER PATTERN is strongly and textbook in place. THIS is the time to buy TTCM if you have not bought in. To form this pattern over a period of two years takes a commitment of patience and money by SMART MONEY. Make a decision, am I going to play with the smart money and the claims of the company or am I going to conjure up ideas in my head and put my hard earned money to work with no direction at all? I chose the truth.
