Most pennies aren't pumps. They're Small businesses funded by public markets in an attempt to succeed. Either case, most have a lifespan, and at some point most will run in anticipation of a future success. The lifespan of the penny stock is the simple fact that most fail. The run is some kind of anticipation. If you're thinking most pennies are pumps you're incorrect. Bad apples spoil the bunch.
Im not going on a limb and saying MXSG can't recover. Im not that stupid. I would love for it to turn up.
