Ok, found it back in a 2013 filing...the preferred shares are convertible into commons but it doesn't come out that bad, 1:1,000, 1 preferred shares converts into 1,000 common shares. CEO schaefer has/had 40,000 preferred shares...converts into 40,000,000 commons.

Sablon is listed with 70,000 (70,000,000 commons).
Mullett is listed with 50,000 (50,000,000 commons).

The OS would have to go up with ANY conversions and the share structure was reported today with no change in the OS. Need to check it again tomorrow and every day thereafter.

If there was any dilution it was to the float.

CEO schaefer still can't legally sell them as he is/was an insider (officer/director) and he is(better still be)/was a 10% owner of the OS. Way over 10%. 650,000,000 common shares and 40,000 preferred that convert to 40,000,000 common.
