I think it stays in a tight range around .11 until they announce the closing. I don't expect any updates on the product or sites until they close. I think it is frowned upon by the regulatory bodies while an offering is on going but don't quote me.
If this raise gets us into 2018 and we see significant participation by Titan insiders (thank you for the announcement Mr. B) then I think there will be new life in this stock. Initial design freeze, sites, start of trials and public confirmation of Dr. Patel on our SAB will have a cumulative effect on PPS. Investors know an RS is coming so I think that is already factored in (that fact may also help keep the price stable after the RS IMO) IMO what has hurt this stock as much as anything is the uncertainty of it all. What we learn over the next few weeks will hopefully go a long way in helping to alleviate much of that uncertainty. If we are less than 12 months from FDA and still on schedule we will get to the finish line.
