I don't disagree with what your saying.

I will say, the buyout news will be before 07/12/17 meeting as I believe the company already has a suitor.

And I really don't believe retail is expected to be a part of this based on the trading. That is why you won't see a $2.00 share price before it is announced. That news will come and most retail will be left either crying over loses or left on the sidelines mad at themselves for not realizing the facts in front of them.
