Not smart people at all.
Todays closing price is the like .02 prior to the close. This is ridiculous. Any of the company's individual assets are worth more than the total market cap.
All of the people selling are going to kill the up listing. You can see that the deals have been filed. Why sell now at this price. At this point why not wait and see if the up listing happens. If they keep selling, it will never happen.
Now the clock starts over again. After today, at best, the deal will be mid next week. And that is only if it gets back above three tomorrow.
Good news is that with all of this pressure, I have now averaged down my position dramatically.
