I think this is a good awareness half way around the globe. Once Frank stops selling, we might have a upward trend. Gosh, someone tell that Bank of america to stop selling at these low levels. GLTA, bull

ERICSSON:
Ericsson is currently working with XPress on the installation of microwave equipment. Ericsson is training XPress’ technical employees
in using the latest technology available presently. Ericsson supplies XPress with state-of-the-art Mini-Link microwave equipment.

The Ericsson MD110 PBX has advanced features that can connect all call centre components via the Ericsson ACD (Automated Call Distribution) extensions. This is extremely useful as they have a skills based routing which allows several call centre components to be connected at once.

MOTOROLA:
MOTOROLA has 25 highly qualified engineers in Jordan supporting XPress’ staff in the areas that are extremely important like, installation, training in all relevant fields and integration of the network. This is also supported by trained administrative staff that ensures efficient service when required.

MOTOROLA deployed a trial system (HARMONY) prior to our commercial launch, for marketing purposes only.

MOTOROLA continues to strive for excellence and works closely with the XPress Technical Team to offer high quality services to our existing and future subscribers.
CBOSS:
XPress’ Call Center comprises state of the art technology from CBOSS

CBOSS: CBOSS’s IVR (Interactive Voice Response) system provides a highly available, highly scalable, solution based on Intel telephony card technology. The call center management software from CBOSS provides advanced features that call center supervisors rely on to efficiently and effectively manage their agents.

CISCO:

XPress’ networking infrastructure is based on state of the art CISCO equipment. The Cisco Works management software can monitor, configure and manage an entire network independently
